What are your business hours?

We understand that our clients' timing preferences are different, whether your convenient time is during the weekdays or on the weekends, we will try to find a suitable slot for you.

What are the means to conduct a session?

Coaching sessions can be over phone calls or video conferencing through online platforms, making it accessible to clients regardless of their location.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

An invoice and an online payment link shall be sent to the client after signing the contract, followed by sending a receipt of payment to the client.

What is your cancelation and refund policy?

As we provide a free discovery session for our clients, we manage to practice a coaching demo during the discovery session, therefore, there is no cancelation or refund.
